For Design Corner commissioned work: A $200 payment shall be paid for a prior meeting with the artist to debrief the client on the details of their desired commission.  A 50% down payment of the commissioned amount shall be paid upon signing commissioned work agreement, with the remaining 50% paid for prior to pick up/shipping. The payment shall be deposited to the AquaArtist bank account, with an email including the deposit slip – as well as the respective order number assigned – sent to jessicafylaw@gmail.com.

For Be-Myself commissioned products: Please direct deposit to the AquaArtist bank account, and email the deposit slip along with your order number back to jessicafylaw@gmail.com.

Colour Differences

Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colours you see on your computer screen may be different than the art you receive.  We post the artist’s work according to the artist’s own images or cropped images and cannot alter the original artwork.

How Do I Make A Change or Cancel My Order?

Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, we can update the shipping address. If your order is on stock item, we would try our best to ship to the latest shipping address but without 100% guaranteed.  If your order is in the final stages of commissioned work production, we would not be able to update the latest shipping address.

Order Changes

This is not applicable to normal stock items, but ONLY commissioned work.  If you need to change anything for your order after signing the commissioned work agreement, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has started along with your order number as reference.  We will be happy to make the change for you if you agree to a 50% surcharge on top of the total agreed price if the work is started.

Order Cancellation

All of our art is unique, one of a kind and we start shipping or creating your artwork as soon as the order is placed. Please notify us right away if you need to cancel your order. 

Order received, and work has not started:

The payment, minus 10% administration plus any financial charges, will be reimbursed if your ordered work has not started. 

Order received, and work has started:

If your ordered work has started, only 30% of the total paid amount will be reimbursed.

Order received, and shipment has been arranged:

If the order shipment has been arranged, no return, refund or exchange.

Returns and Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of pick up / delivery and we will follow up with you but we do not offer any returns or refunds once the order is completed.
